Excise Case: -

1. Gandhi Gunj PS. Cr.No. 217/2007, U/s 34 K.E. Act.

On credible information of illegal transportation of arrack, PSI Gandhi Gunj and Staff along with Panchas have conducted a ride on 29,30-10-2007 at about 0100 hrs on PRINCE DHABA near border area of Chidri village limits 3 K.M. away from PS., trapped a accused person Vijaykumar S/o Subani Sagar R/o Chouli Village and seized 30 bottles of illegal whisky worth rupees 952=00 and registered a case under Cr.No. 217/07 U/s 34 K.E. Act and investigation taken up.

On 30-10-2007 at the time of Night sector duty PSI Bidar Town PS. with his staff, observed a suspicious person hiding near Usmaniya Masjid and hiding his face after seeing the police Vehicle, after enquiring accused women Arun W/o Arun R/o Mangarwadi, Bidar has not given proper explanations, with the view to committing cognizable offence, after an enquiry , preventive action was taken against him a registered Bidar Town PS. under Cr.No. 109/2007 U/s 109 Cr.PC.
